was founded with the primary focus being on those youth at risk or in a disadvantaged situation, we do however welcome all children into our program. Each child comes to Utopia Ranch through state programs, local police and law enforcement agencies, schools, churches, parents, or by their own desire to be a part of our program. Each child's needs are identified by our staff and an individualized plan is designed.
